CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed, and a copy of the October issue of New Zealand Women's Health magazine will be required by the winner as proof of purchase .
3. This competition is open to all New Zealand residents only, except employees of Pacific Magazines and participating companies and their immediate families and agencies.
4. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize is as stated as can not be transferred or redeemable for cash.
6. The promoter is: Pacific Magazines NZ Ltd, 23 Union Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
7. Entries remain the property of Pacific Magazines and participating companies and may be used for future promotional purposes.

The prize consists of a 23-day Everest Base Camp & Gokyo Lakes trip for two people supplied by Peregrine Adventures to be taken by 14th October 2009. The package includes:
Peregrine tour leader and local guides, 4 nights comfortable hotel accommodation, 18 nights trekking lodge accommodation, return Kathmandu-Lukla flights, 22 breakfasts, 18 lunches and 18 dinners, airport transfers, transport, porterage on trek, sightseeing and entrance fees, personal trek equipment (sleeping bag, duvet jacket, sleeping sheet, kit bag), specialised medical kit and portable altitude chamber.
Total estimated Peregrine prize value is NZ$8042 - value may fluctuate slightly due to time of year trip is taken in relation to high and low season. The value of this prize is correct as at time of printing.
International flights are courtesy of Singapore Airlines, and are ex-Auckland. Total estimated value of international flights to Kathmandu is $5000 - value may fluctuate slightly due to time of year trip is taken in relation to high and low season. The value of this prize is correct as at time of printing.
Domestic flights will also be provided from either Christchurch or Wellington to Auckland if required.
The prize is provided by Peregrine Adventures, conditions apply:
- Trip is subject to availability at time of reservation and reservations must be made at least 56 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
- Trip is provided on a twin share basis. Winner and guest must travel together.
- Age restrictions apply - winner and guest must be over 18 years of age.
- This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The prize and booking of the prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of the prize provider (Peregrine Adventures), as printed in the Himalaya brochure.
- Additional expenses, including airport departure taxes, visas, insurance, meals not listed, any optional tours and activities during free time, camera fees, excess baggage charges, showers on trek (if available), tips or gratuities (allow US$3 per day) and items of a personal nature, are at passengers' expense.
- It is a condition of entry that the winner and their guest take out comprehensive travel insurance (at their own expense) for use in conjunction with the prize.
- Passengers must hold a valid passport and must obtain the necessary visas prior to travel, both of which are at the passengers' expense.
The winner will be issued with a travel voucher and instructions about how to redeem the prize from Peregrine Adventures.
